Here's how it works

With me you can learn how to lose weight, keep it off, heal yourself from gut troubles and end eating emotional eating. If you want a quick fix and the latest diet trends, then I am not the person to support you. If you want to know how to lose weight and keep it off for good, then you are in the right place.

Timeframe and commitment 

  • I work with clients on a 12-week basis. This is because true long-lasting change takes time and commitment.

How it works 

Step 1 Full baseline audit

Full assessment of where you are NOW, and your goals are for the next 12 weeks and beyond.

You will have knowledge and understanding of where you have been struggling and why and together, we will create meaningful realistic goals.

Step 2 Understand and manage cravings.

Here we find the root cause of your cravings and we discuss clear strategies to help you manage them. You will keep a short-term food diary and together we will explore the relationship between what you eat and why you eat and identify your own personal triggers such as stress, low mood, boredom, too much restriction or elimination of foods. We will create an action plan to solve it to set you up for success and stop food controlling you.

Step 3 Optimise your gut health and improve your digestion

Explore any digestive issues and provide targeted advice on fibre + fluids to improve your gut symptoms. You will have a personalised gut health plan for your symptoms and your lifestyle.

Step 4 Personalised Action Plan

Here we will choose a plan that will give you long lasting results and be simple and easy to follow. The fact is, you have to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight, but there are a few ways you can do this. One size doesn't fit all! You will be offered 3 different options to help you achieve weight loss.

1.  A structured meal plan with recipes and a shopping list OR a flexible meal plan.

2. The option of working towards a daily calorie and protein target personalised to you and your goals 

3. The high fibre approach to weight loss with the simple easy plate method. 

We will discuss the pro's and cons of each method and I will give you personal guidance and recommendations on which will suit your lifestyle taking into consideration your past struggles and your current relationship with food. 

Step 5 Maintenance 

We discuss how you maintain your new weight. How you manage eating out at restaurants and social events without going into a 'restrict - binge cycle'. You will get tips on how to manage a weight plateau. All of which will set you up for long term success.
