Service Description

This program is for you if…. * You want to lose 10lbs - 24lbs or drop 2 dress sizes, you want more energy & less bloating, you want better concentration & to feel happier in yourself. You must..... * Be ready to make a commitment and investment in yourself right now * Feel okay being held accountable * Be prepared to show up and do the work How does coaching work? 12 weeks of 1-1 appointments. This is because true long-lasting change takes time. Here is my 5-step process. Step 1 Full baseline audit Full assessment of where you are NOW and your goals for the next 12 weeks (and beyond). Through our assessment will have knowledge of what has been stopping you getting the results you truly desire. You will have awareness of foods that fuel your body, you will know how much to eat for weight loss and how often to include your fav 'fun foods'. Step 2 Understand and manage cravings Here we find the root cause of your cravings. You will be provided with clear strategies to help you manage your cravings and food will no longer control you. I will ask you to keep a food diary to see the link between what and when you eat to assess the trigger for your cravings. Together we will explore your troubled areas which could be stress, boredom, habit or too much elimination or restriction of certain foods. I will then give you an action plan to set you up for success. Step 3 Optimise your gut health / improve your digestion We explore any digestive issues and I provide targeted advice on fibre + fluids to improve your gut symptoms. You get a personalised gut health plan to suit your symptoms + lifestyle. Step 4 Personalised Action plan We will assess your current lifestyle and you will understand what has held you back so far. You need to be in a calorie deficit for fat loss, but this can be done in a few different ways. Together we will choose a fat loss plan that you will enjoy and sustain. Options are: * A detailed meal plan with shopping lists and recipes OR a flexible meal plan. * A high fibre approach focusing on the 4 step easy plate method * Calorie counting and hitting macro/protein targets. One approach is not better than the other. We will work together to find which approach works for you. I do encourage ALL clients to focus on whole plant-foods, Step 5 Maintenance Putting it all together; how you maintain your changes and deal with any potential relapses, managing holiday, eating out, social occasions.
